About Fawn Whiting

Fawn Whiting graduated with her Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia in 2009. She also holds a Bachelor in Human Kinetics from UBC. Fawn has completed manual therapy courses including a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from Perth, Australia in 2011. She has completed additional courses in functional movement assessment, exercise prescription, Stott Pilates, and Active Release Therapy (ART). She is certified to practice Acupuncture (AFCI) and Functional Dry Needling (Kinetacore). 

Fawn has been working in private practice since she graduated. She combines manual therapy with exercise and education for all of her patients. She welcomes athletes and the general public and particularly enjoys helping people reach their health and fitness goals. She is excited to be working out of her home and incorporating Pilates Reformer and Mat training into her practice to help achieve positive outcomes for her patients.

Outside of work, Fawn is very active in the sport of triathlon and raced in the Professional field for Ironman and long course triathlon events. She previously ran the marathon for UBC’s varsity team and holds the UBC record (2:57:36).

She is currently returning to work after the birth of her daughter Elsie.
